All the girls on reception I have dealt with have always been quick efficient and compassionate. I have then seen Fiona a number of times with an issue with my daughters health and she has dealt with this from start to finish which helps my daughter as she’s a little anxious in a medical setting so the continuity puts her at ease. Fiona was brilliant with her and explained things to her in a child friendly way whilst also explaining to me. Always goes above and beyond where she can!

Yes. I have been in for the same problem maybe 3 times.. 5/6 including telephone appointments. I have been prescribed 3 or 4 creams, none of which have worked. Anyway the dermatologist has advised all the creams iv had before will have been making it worse!!!! Absolutely joke. Had this rash for coming up a year and apparently none of your nurses know what theyre doing.

I had an appointment with the AMP Alison, this is the first time I’ve seen her and she helped with a very difficult situation that required sensitivity and understanding, and Alison exceeded with her support of the above and ran over massively on the time she gave me (booked me at the end of the list) which I appreciate how difficult the time constraints are. I am very grateful for her time and I will be emailing the practice manager to show appreciation. How wonderful to finally have an AMP who is professional, understanding, caring, and genuinely wants to help. Thank you
